Use the economic and very fast cold cutting and beveling, the pipe is ready to weld when we done. The portable pipe cutter avoids any heat affected zone (haz). Our Clam Shell Cutters are ideal for for heavy wall pipes with high wall-thickness in heavy duty applications.
Cutting and beveling services cover the following
1. Heavy Wall Piping
2. Cold Cutting
3. Beveling
4. Weld Joint Preparation
5. Reducer fittings
6. Elbows
7. Tees
8. Nozzle
9. Weld Excavation
Drilling
Holes of 8” in diameter to a depth of one metre can be achieved using our standard range of drilling machines. Trepanning holes of a larger diameter can be achieved using our standard range of cutting and facing machines.
Surface Milling
Milling rails of various lengths are available locally and are capable of operating in a 3-axis movement within 3m x 2m frame in a single set-up. Typical type of work completed using this equipment would be turbine half joint covers, pump and compressor mounting pads, etc. Milling of shaft slots, keyway cutting and slot cutting can also be carried out in-situ.
